At Express Auto we know purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and scary. We're here to take away that stress and fear! We'll answer all your questions and help you through each step in the process.

Express Auto has five locations in southwest Michigan; Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Benton Harbor, Holland, & Grand Rapids.

Our dealership has hundreds of quality vehicle makes and models; over $5,000,000 of inventory in all. One of the key differences in a dealership like ours though, is that we work with you to establish a payment you can afford and then show you a selection of cars based on that affordable payment. We don’t try to get you into more vehicle than you can afford.

Instead of making monthly payments to a traditional leasing company, you make periodic payments directly to Express Auto, based on when you get paid. We do not accept cash at our in store payment windows, but all of the following are acceptable methods of payment: check, debit card, money order, credit card and by direct debit. You may also pay online though our website. Some methods of payment incur a small convenience fee, so we always recommend direct debit as the best payment option. It's free; it's safe; and it's convenient.

In addition to a 3 day exchange for equal or lesser value vehicle policy on all vehicles, we allow you to lease with confidence by including a free 18-month/18,000 mile limited warranty free on every vehicle (a $1250 value all on its own)! Your program advisor will give you the exact warranty information prior to delivery. We also offer FREE basic maintenance, including free oil changes for the entirety of your lease.

Yes! Prior to going on one of our lots, every vehicle goes through a 99-point inspection.

Yes we do, we offer a 3-day Love-it or Leave-it exchange plan that is part of our Express Auto Advantage. Read more about it here.

Express Auto reports to the credit bureau every month. This gives you a good opportunity to improve your credit.

That's not a problem. Your program advisor will be able to show you all our availability. This includes cars at that specific store, cars available at other stores nearby, and cars we know we have coming from service. We have a constant flow of vehicles coming to the lot from our service departments, and with over 500 vehicles, we're sure to find the vehicle that's the right fit for you. Remember, too, that only about 50% of our inventory is available online, that’s because it changes so often we can't keep up on the website. The best way to see everything we have available is to call and set up a time to see one of our program advisors in person.

Once you've completed the full program application, we'll have a decision in about 20-minutes.

We feel communication is the key to every good relationship. Contact us immediately if you think there will be a problem making your payment. The sooner you contact us, the more options we will have in how we can help you.

The best way to do this is to set your account up on AutoPay (also called Direct Debit or ACH). Not only will you avoid a processing fee, but since the payment comes out of your account automatically, you don't ever have to worry about late fees. Click here for more info.

Call our Service Department at (877) 344-5976, or feel free to contact your program advisor or the sales manager of the store where you purchased.

Check if you are covered under our Warranty by calling the service department at your closest Express Auto as soon as you can. If you need towing and the repair is covered, we will tow your vehicle to the nearest Express Auto service center for free. This is part of our Express Auto Advantage.
