Under the terms of the Express Care Plan Warranty, a customer is eligible for a Replacement Rental or reimbursement for a rental after the Vehicle has been in Service for 24 Hours. Reimbursement for a rental vehicle is up to $25.00 per day. You can select the rental company of your choosing, but as a courtesy our Service Center has made arrangements with Hertz Rentals and Enterprise Rentals to bill us directly, so you will not have to wait for reimbursement. There are some requirements from the rental companies. These include you having a valid Credit Card or Debit Card, and/or a refundable $50.00 Deposit.
It is very important that you know:
- You must call the Express Auto Service Center for rental approval prior to renting.
- You should return the car immediately (same day) when your car if fixed. Otherwise you will be charged for rental.
- Your Warranty does not cover rental insurance.
- For refunds, we must receive a copy of your receipt of at the warranty company for reimbursement. A check will be issued between 7-10 business days.
